Products, patents and exclusivity rolled up to one row per NDA/ANDA with an estimated loss-of-exclusivity date.

State drug utilization by NDC, state, year and quarter, typed and keyed to the same NDC-11.

Covered entities, contract pharmacies, ship-to sites, NPIs and Medicaid numbers, with active flags and change history.

CMS Open Payments

General payments summarized by manufacturer, by product with the NDC resolved, and by recipient.

Change log

Every refresh records adds, removals and field changes, so "what changed since last week" is one query.

Provenance

All source data is published by U.S. government agencies (FDA, CMS, HRSA). Each refresh ships a meta_source_run table with the URL, size, SHA-256 and server timestamp of every file used. Derived fields (normalizations, joins, estimated LOE dates, manufacturer matches) are ours and should be validated before regulatory or contractual use.
